Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for unused, non-custom items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom and engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged, so please double-check your order before purchasing.
• Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, both within the UK and internationally, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
