HauteDom – Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
Placing an order with HauteDom signifies your agreement to these terms. These terms do not override your statutory rights but outline how we operate. HauteDom reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Orders & Payment
- Payments are processed securely via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other accepted methods at checkout.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
- Estimated shipping times vary based on location and courier service.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted for unused, non-custom items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Custom and engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged, so please double-check your order before purchasing.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 28 days for a replacement or refund.
- After 28 days but within 6 months, we may offer a repair or exchange, provided the issue is due to normal wear and tear and not misuse.
6. Risk & Ownership
- Once your order is shipped, we will work with you to find a solution in case of loss or damage during transit.
- HauteDom retains ownership of all products until full payment is received.
7. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by English Law, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
